and Our Philosophy
The foundation of all business relationships is trust. This is
a challenge for all businesses because it takes far longer time
to earn trust than it does to lose it. In order to build and maintain
our clients' trust, TLC Media has set down and adheres to four
basic principles: Honesty, Responsibility, Confidentiality and
Professionalism. Our philosophy, based around these principles,
is given below.
Honesty
- We clearly represent our capabilities and history in marketing
and project proposals.
- We give honest estimates regarding time and cost.
- We honor all agreements, contracts and commitments.
Responsibility
- We provide regular updates regarding project status.
- We admit mistakes when they happen and do everything possible
to fix the problem.
- We warn clients of any potential and real project delays
as we become aware of them.
Confidentiality
- We protect all customer information and keep it separate from
other projects.
- We safeguard all customer logins and entry codes.
- We use secure methods to return or destroy all customer materials
at the end of the business relationship.
Professionalism
- We provide comprehensive contracts clearly establishing the
terms and conditions of the contract and rights and responsibilities
of all parties.
- We act in the best interest of the client at all times.
- We only discuss the client's business with the client and
within TLC Media.
- We maintain accurate records regarding all client work.
