Web/Computer Consultation
We realize that everyone needs a little help sometimes. If you
need assistance with your Web site, configuring your computer(s)
to work with your Web site, general office equipment or computer
programs, please contact us. We currently offer the services below:
- Setting up office computer(s) to receive and respond to
customer e-mails
- Setting up office computer(s) to use FTP to upload files
to the Web site
- Training on setting up rules, signatures and boilerplate
responses in email
- Setting up a computer to synchronize existing information
(such as Outlook) with a phone or organizer
- Training on getting the most out of a handheld organizer
(such as the Treo)
Technical Writing / Proofreading / Editing /
Script Proofing
Generally, we ask our clients to provide the written content
for the website. However, for those clients that need help or
just don't have time, I can create original content based on information
provided. Additionally, I can provide proofreading and formatting
of screenplays.
I have experience writing and editing technical manuals, training
documents and instructional and sales materials, and my role as
a script supervisor has provided excellent experience with script
and screenplay formatting and proofreading. TLC Media offers three
