We realize that every business has different needs for their Internet presence. Because of this, we scale each project to fit the needs of the client and their business. To do this, we sit down with each client before starting a project and outline the expectations for the site before any work begins.

Web Site and Tool Design Services

Standard Features:

All our Web design packages include the following standard features:

  • Graphics package based on your existing logo(s) and design discussions
    • Icon to show up in the browser's URL window
    • Custom logo based on your existing logo artwork
  • Full implementation of metatags (including keywords, copyright, and description)
  • Publishing site to major search engines
  • Publishing site to directories relevant to your business

Single-page Web Ad: as low as $200

A Single-page Web ad is designed to provide you with a basic Web page that provides potential customers with business and contact information. As the name indicates, this is a one-page site. As such, it fills a similar advertising niche as a quarter- to full-page telephone book advertisement. It allows customers who are searching the Internet for your service to find your business and then tells them about your business and how to contact you. In addition to the standard features, a single-page Web ad includes the following:

  • Up to 1000 words of text
  • Maps and directions to business location

A single-page Web ad does not include interactive features, calendars, or forms.

Basic Web Site: starting at $300

Our Basic Web site provides more detailed information in a multi-page site with more images and a contact or feedback Web form. In addition to the standard features, a basic Web site usually includes the following:

  • More images
  • More information
  • More interactive functionality
  • Contact or feedback form
  • Maps and directions to business location

Advanced Features: $75 per hour

For clients that need additional features and/or services, we offer numerous advanced features that allow our clients to customize their Web presence. Our consultation process includes a meeting in which we go over what the client wants the site to accomplish and how the additional features (if any are needed) can help accomplish this.

Web Site Maintenance Plans

Per Month: $80
Per 6 Months: $400
Per Year: $900

Only available to existing clients on sites created by TLC Media.

Maintenance plans are for customers who expect to make regular periodic changes to their site and provides a cost-efficient way of budgeting for this. A maintenance plan includes the following:

  • Up to 2 hours maintenance per month
  • Adding or deleting keywords to reflect changes in client's business
  • Updating copyright information
  • Resubmitting to search engines and directories

Web Site Update

Updates not covered by a maintenance plan or beyond the terms of an existing maintenance plan are billed at the hourly rate based on the services required. See Rates Overview.

Web Hosting

Basic web hosting services can be purchased through TLC Media starting at $100 per year. This hosting should be more than sufficient for all but the most advanced requirements. During the design process, we will be able to tell you if we can offer you hosting and at what price.
