In order to build and maintain our clients' trust, TLC Media has set down and adheres to four basic principles: Honesty, Responsibility, Confidentiality and Professionalism. Our philosophy, based around these principles, is given below.

  • We clearly represent our capabilities and history in marketing and project proposals.
  • We give honest estimates regarding time and cost.
  • We honor all agreements, contracts and commitments.

Responsibility

  • We provide regular updates regarding project status.
  • We admit mistakes when they happen and do everything possible to fix the problem.
  • We warn clients of any potential and real project delays as we become aware of them.

Confidentiality

  • We protect all customer information and keep it separate from other projects.
  • We safeguard all customer logins and entry codes.
  • We use secure methods to return or destroy all customer materials at the end of the business relationship.

Professionalism

  • We provide comprehensive contracts clearly establishing the terms and conditions of the contract and rights and responsibilities of all parties.
  • We act in the best interest of the client at all times.
  • We only discuss the client's business with the client and within TLC Media.
  • We maintain accurate records regarding all client work.
