Much of Terri's writing experience was acquired while working for RadioShack Corporation. Unfortunately, many projects she was responsible for writing are proprietary, including several support training classes and the 100+ page manual used to train new telephone sales agents. While we are unable to present these particular works, we will be happy to provide references within the company than can answer questions about the quality of her work.

One of the largest research and writing projects is still on the Web, however -- The RadioShack Consumer Electronics Glossary. This project was the result of researching and creating various Guides for RadioShack's consumer electronics line. Terri was not the sole writer on this project and other content creators were involved; however, she was responsible for the design, maintenance and for the bulk of the definitions.

Terri spent over 4 years desiging guides and creating Web content for RadioShack Corporation.
