In addition to design services, we also provide Web site maintenance plans, Web site updating at an hourly rate (for existing sites or clients without a maintenance plan), and consultation at an hourly rate.

Web Site Maintenance Plans

Per Month: $55
Per 6 Months: $300
Per Year: $550

Only available to existing clients on sites created by TLC Media.

Maintenance plans are for customers who expect to make regular periodic changes to their site and provides a cost-efficient way of budgeting for this. A maintenance plan includes the following:

• Up to 2 hours maintenance per month
• Adding or deleting keywords to reflect changes in client's business
• Updating copyright information
• Resubmitting to search engines and directories

Web Site Update

Updates not covered by a maintenance plan or beyond the terms of an existing maintenance plan are billed at the hourly rate based on the services required. See Rates Overview.

Web/Computer Consultation: $75 per hour

Minimums: 1 hour for an office visit, 30 minutes for telephone consultations

• Setting up office computer(s) to receive and respond to customer e-mails
• Setting up office computer(s) to use FTP to upload files to the Web site
• Answering questions about how to market and utilize your Web site
